Google Ads consulting

I help plan, review, and manage Google Ads campaigns with attention to the searches you are paying for, the message people see, and the inquiries your business receives. The work can be a focused account review or ongoing campaign management.

What I look at

Search terms and targeting

I review the searches bringing people to your ads, how they relate to the services you offer, and the available conversion history. That informs decisions about keywords, exclusions, match types, locations, and campaign structure.

Ads and landing pages

The ad, the offer, and the page should give a potential customer a consistent understanding of what happens next. I review ad copy and landing-page messaging together, including the service, location, and action you want someone to take.

Conversion measurement

We look at what the account counts as a conversion and compare the reporting with the inquiries your team actually receives. Where Google Ads, GA4, a CRM, or call reporting disagree, I investigate the discrepancy with the relevant account owners before using those numbers to guide decisions.

Budgets and priorities

Spending decisions need context: your priorities, the relevance of the traffic, the reliability of the measurement, and what your business can handle. I use those factors to recommend where to focus and which changes need more evidence.

How the work begins

We discuss what you offer, where you operate, what counts as a useful inquiry, and what you want the advertising to achieve. An account review then helps identify priorities and any gaps in the available data.

For a focused project, we agree on the review, recommendations, and any implementation included. For ongoing work, we also agree on responsibilities and a review cadence so that changes can be assessed with enough context.

Reporting should explain what changed, why it changed, and what the available results suggest. I distinguish between ad clicks, reported conversions, and confirmed inquiries, with attention to the quality of those inquiries when your team can provide that information.

Questions about Google Ads support

Can you review an account someone else manages?

Yes. I can work with your existing marketing team or agency on a defined review or area of support. We agree on who can make changes and how recommendations will be handled so the responsibilities are clear.

Does improving performance mean increasing the budget?

Not automatically. I would first review the searches, targeting, ads, landing pages, and measurement. Those findings help determine whether the next step is a change to the campaign, the customer’s next step, the reporting, or the budget.

How quickly should we expect results?

That depends on the account, the volume of relevant searches and inquiries, and the changes being made. We agree on what to monitor and review enough data to make useful decisions. I do not promise a fixed number of leads or a particular cost per inquiry.

Let’s talk

What do you need to understand about your ads?

Tell me what you are advertising, what you have tried, and where you need clarity. We can discuss an account review or ongoing support.
